One of the main advantages of this product is the ability to securely\nwrap the sleeve around a robotic arm, a post, a railing, or any other\ncomponent, and then route cables, wires, or hoses through the channels built\ninto the closure portion of the sleeve. Channel-Wrap (PFR) products are\ncomprised of Zippertubing's best-in-abrasion, non-PVC, PFR-10 (0.010”\nthickness) jacketing material that is not only extremely flexible, resistant\nto most fluids, meets military specifications, but is also flame retardant.\nWe’ve found that this material best allows cables, wires, tubes or hoses to\neasily move within the jacketing without being hung up. Channel-Wrap (PFR)\ncloses using Nylon Velcro. This product was originally designed for\nZippertubing's own production needs, and we currently utilize several\nUniversal Robot brand machines in our production environment. For instance,\nonce we set up the robot to complete a job, rather than using zip-ties we\ninstead manufacture a wrap-around robot cable sleeve to not only securely hold\nan air hose line, but also to allow the air hose to move with each of the\nrobots actions.
