Refunds are processed within 3 business days once the returned item has been shipped to our designated warehouse.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Include all original documents, tags, accessories, and original packaging

• Be unused and in resalable condition

• Have intact factory seals and undamaged retail packaging

Items showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or mishandling while in the customer’s possession are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
