Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item, please read the instructions below carefully.
If your product is damaged, faulty due to a manufacturing defect, or you received an incorrect item, please submit the RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM below. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return. All requests are treated as a priority. We offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind.
RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM
Refunds are processed within three (3) business days once the returned item has been shipped to and received at our designated warehouse.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

Include all original documentation, tags, accessories, and original packaging

Be unused and in resalable condition

Have intact factory seals and undamaged retail packaging
Items that show signs of use, damage, tampering, or mishandling while in the customer’s possession are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items delivered late or damaged in transit by Australia Post. In such cases, customers must contact Australia Post directly to lodge a claim.
