Terms and Conditions of Sale

By using LeoForward (“LeoForward”, “we”, “us”, “our”) or purchasing products through our assisted buying and forwarding service, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Nature of Service

1.1 LeoForward provides an assisted purchasing and forwarding service only. This means:

  • You instruct us to purchase products on your behalf from third-party retailers, suppliers, or marketplaces (“Third-Party Sellers”); and
  • We arrange delivery of those products to your nominated address.

1.2 LeoForward is not the manufacturer, retailer, or supplier of any products. Accordingly, we:

  • Do not design, manufacture, or produce any goods;
  • Do not provide any guarantees regarding product quality, safety, fitness for purpose, compliance, or suitability;
  • Are not responsible for defects, recalls, warranties, durability, or representations made by Third-Party Sellers.

1.3 Our responsibility is strictly limited to:

  • Executing your purchasing instructions with reasonable care;
  • Processing payments to Third-Party Sellers; and
  • Arranging shipment of goods to your designated address.

2. Warranties and Product Liability

2.1 LeoForward makes no representations or warranties in relation to any products, including (without limitation):

  • Quality, performance, durability, or reliability;
  • Accuracy of descriptions or specifications;
  • Compliance with applicable standards or regulations;
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights.

2.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LeoForward shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the purchase, condition, or use of any products; and
  • All warranties and liabilities rest solely with the Third-Party Seller or manufacturer.

2.3 LeoForward’s liability is strictly limited to its service obligations. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the service fees paid in respect of the relevant order.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 As LeoForward is not the seller of the products:

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or product refunds;
  • All claims must be directed to the relevant Third-Party Seller or manufacturer.

3.2 Refunds of LeoForward service fees will only be provided where required by applicable law.

4. Orders, Payment and Title

4.1 Orders are processed based on the information you provide. LeoForward is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete instructions.

4.2 Title to goods passes directly from the Third-Party Seller to you. LeoForward does not take ownership of any products.

4.3 All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, payments will be refunded excluding any service fees already incurred.

4.4 Full payment is required prior to processing any purchase or shipment.

5. Delivery and Risk

5.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. LeoForward is not liable for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs, or other external factors.

5.2 Risk in the goods transfers to you upon dispatch by the Third-Party Seller or upon handover to the shipping carrier.

5.3 You are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any loss or additional costs arising from incorrect information are your responsibility.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

6.1 For international shipments, you act as the importer of record and are responsible for:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • Clearance fees;
  • Compliance with all local import regulations.

6.2 LeoForward does not collect or remit GST, VAT, or similar taxes.

6.3 All applicable duties and taxes are separate from our service fees and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or carriers.

6.4 LeoForward is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, seizures, or additional charges imposed by authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • LeoForward shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
  • Our liability is limited to direct losses resulting from a failure to exercise reasonable care and skill;
  • In all cases, liability is capped at the total service fees paid for the relevant order.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Prices may be quoted in USD, AUD, EUR, JPY, or local currency based on USD exchange rates and exclude applicable taxes.

8.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

8.3 All website content is provided in good faith; however, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

9. Disclaimer

LeoForward is not the seller or manufacturer of any products.
We act solely on your behalf to purchase and ship goods at your request.
We accept no responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of such goods.
