By purchasing products from LeoForward ("LeoForward", "we", "us", "our"), or by using our website, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2.2 Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for that item.
2.3 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST (as indicated at checkout).

4. Delivery

4.3 Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

5.2 To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
5.3 Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unless faulty.

7.1 Customers outside Australia are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in their country.
7.2 LeoForward is not responsible for delays, charges, or seizures caused by customs authorities.
7.3 International customers act as the importer of record for their purchases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LeoForward is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of profit, data, or opportunity.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods in question.

10. Governing Law
