    Shipping Charges

    We ship to the United States, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and countries across the European Union. Shipping fees are included at checkout, and you will be redirected to your country-specific page for accurate currency conversion. Please contact us directly to arrange shipping to other destinations.


    Shipping Method

    We deliver to residential and business addresses, as well as PO boxes. For business deliveries, please ensure the business name and a contact person are clearly specified.

    All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left, and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.


    Delivery Timeframes

    Most orders are processed and dispatched within three (3) business days of placement. Orders containing backordered or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time.

    In the event of any delays or stock changes, we will notify you via email.

    Where an order contains multiple items, products may be shipped either as a single consolidated shipment or in multiple deliveries from different locations. Shipping details will be confirmed via email upon dispatch.


    International Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. To estimate shipping fees, please add items to your cart and use the “Estimate Shipping” feature at checkout.


    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

    We are not responsible for any additional charges, delays, or actions taken by customs authorities. Orders cannot be returned or refunded due to refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes. If such charges are refused, the shipment may be abandoned, and no refund will be provided.
