The U485 Industrial USB to RS485 Converter is a highly stable industrial communication module that is independently manufactured and tested by our brand. Using an optimized industrial grade PCB and the original CH340 chip, this converter enables stable mutual conversion between USB signals and differential RS485 signals. Unlike ordinary consumer adapter modules, the ELFJMZP U485 has improved surge resistance as well as anti-static and anti- interference properties. Thanks to built-in TVS protection diodes and self- healing fuses, it can effectively withstand short-term surges and static interference in complex industrial environments, preventing chip burn-out and data loss. This module supports bi-directional half-duplex communication without manual switching. The transmission range is up to 1200 meters, and the baud rate ranges from 300 bps to 921600 bps. It uses differential signal transmission technology to ensure stable data transmission even in environments with strong electromagnetic interference such as factories and workshops. The simple screw terminal wiring design makes installation easier and ensures a firm fit. The power and signal indicator help the user to quickly detect the operating state.
