Terms and Conditions of Sale

By using LeoForward ("LeoForward", "we", "us", "our") or purchasing products through our assisted buying and forwarding service, the purchaser ("Customer", "you", "your") agrees to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").

1. Nature of Service

1.1 LeoForward provides an assisted purchasing and forwarding service only. This means:

  • You instruct us to purchase products on your behalf from third-party retailers, suppliers, or marketplaces ("Third-Party Sellers").

  • We arrange for those products to be delivered to you.

  • We are not the manufacturer, retailer, or supplier of the products.

1.2 As such, LeoForward:

  • Does not design, manufacture, or produce the products.

  • Does not provide or imply any guarantees as to product quality, safety, fitness for purpose, compliance, or suitability.

  • Is not responsible for defects, recalls, warranty claims, product durability, or misrepresentations by Third-Party Sellers.

1.3 Our responsibility is limited to:

  • Accurately carrying out your purchasing instructions.

  • Handling payments to the Third-Party Seller.

  • Forwarding and shipping goods to your nominated address.

2. Warranties, Product Quality and Liability

2.1 LeoForward makes no representations or warranties regarding the products purchased, including but not limited to:

  • Quality, performance, durability, or reliability.

  • Accuracy of description or compliance with specifications.

  • Non-infringement of third-party rights.

2.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LeoForward is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or cost arising out of the quality or use of the products purchased.

  • All warranties, conditions, or liabilities in respect of products are the responsibility of the Third-Party Seller or manufacturer.

2.3 LeoForward’s liability is limited strictly to the provision of its assisted buying and shipping service. In any event, our liability will not exceed the service fees paid to us in respect of the relevant order.

3. Refunds and Returns

3.1 Because LeoForward is not the seller of the products:

  • We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on products.

  • Any return, refund, or warranty claim must be directed to the Third-Party Seller or manufacturer.

3.2 Refunds of our service fees will only be provided where required under applicable law.

4. Orders, Payment and Title

4.1 Orders are carried out based on the instructions you provide. LeoForward is not responsible for errors where instructions are inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear.

4.2 Title in the goods passes directly from the Third-Party Seller to you. LeoForward never takes ownership of the products.

4.3 Orders are subject to the availability of the product from the Third-Party Seller. If unavailable, we will refund your payment (excluding service fees already provided).

4.4 All payments must be made in full before purchases or shipments are processed.

5. Delivery and Risk

5.1 Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

5.2 Risk in the goods passes to you once they are dispatched by the Third-Party Seller or delivered to the shipping carrier.

5.3 If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you bear all responsibility for losses or redelivery costs.

6. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

6.1 For international orders, you are the importer of record and responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and compliance with import restrictions in your jurisdiction.

6.2 LeoForward does not charge or collect any Goods and Services Tax (GST).

6.3 Import taxes and customs duties are separate from our service fees and must be paid by you directly to the relevant authorities or carriers before delivery.

6.4 LeoForward is not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs imposed by customs or import authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • LeoForward is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption).

  • Our liability is limited solely to losses directly arising from our failure to exercise due care and skill in performing the assisted buying and forwarding service.

  • In no case will our liability exceed the total service fees paid to LeoForward in relation to the order.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.

8.2 We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders (including suspected fraud, mispricing, or stock unavailability).

8.3 Our website content is provided in good faith but may contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

9. Disclaimer

LeoForward is not the seller or manufacturer of products.
We only help you buy and ship goods at your request.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of those goods.
