Watco's QuickTrim kits use an o-ring for\r\na tight, snug fit (one for brass strainer bodies and one for zinc strainer\r\nbodies). There is no need for silicone, plumber's putty, or epoxy. Using a\r\nWatco Model 939290 Innovator QuickTrim kit eliminates the possibility of\r\ncross-threading or damaging the tub when replacing the strainer body, or of\r\nthe drain fitting moving out of line due to being stressed during installation\r\n(can require cutting open the sheetrock to repair). It also eliminates\r\ndestroying the integrity of your test. The Model 939290 Innovator QuickTrim\r\nkit includes a Push Pull brass knob, a friction ring and post, a brass\r\nstopper, a seal (1-1\/16-Inch diameter), a QuickTrim strainer body cover, a\r\nthick QuickTrim o-ring for brass bodies, a thin QuickTrim o-ring for zinc\r\nbodies, and an Innovator snap on overflow plate. The Innovator bath waste\r\neliminates leaks caused by a loose overflow attachment. It also eliminates the\r\nneed for a separate overflow test plug, dual inventory of one- and two-hole\r\nover-flow plates, and all screws. Pull knob to open the drain and push down to\r\nclose it.
